if you also have no prior record

Answer:

Honestly, why would you keep breeding her if she's had so many risky pregnancies already? That's literally playing Russian Roulette with her life. And that doesn't sound like a pregnancy, that sounds like she's in heat. No one can diagnose something over the internet. If you really want to know, suck it up and either get the vet out or take her to get the ultrasound done.
Holding up her tail and winking means she's in heat, not pregnant. But we can't see your horse. The only way to know for sure is to get a vet. And if she's had all these unsuccessful pregnancies, you really should quit breeding her!
Horses will do this when they are pregos, although it's not common. It's a way to show they are in heat and able to be bred. Without palpation or an ultrasound there is no real way to tell if she is or isn't until she starts to wax or her teats start to show. I'm not trying to be mean, but: If you don't know about breeding all that much, why are you doing it? What are your plans if something goes wrong while she's giving birth? And if she keeps throwing twins/triplets why are you breeding her? I suggest you do a lot more research before you just decide to breed your mare. For her safety and yours.
Good question. All lasers are prone to refraction, but lasers used as weapons are probably of a different wave length than visible light. The most common defensive military application for lasers is to confuse the targeting system of airborne missiles. Having lasers that can effectively travel long range without too much refraction from the atmosphere is still a problem. More development needs be done.
