Is there a place in austin tx that put on motorcycle tires for free?

I got a 01 r1 and back tire going bald and got a tire in my garage was wondering if there was a place that will install that tire for free or really cheap

Do you work for free? I didn't think so. Do not try it yourself. You will wreck the bead on the tyre and probably damage the rim. Just pay a professional to do it. You want the rear tyre on an R1 to be mounted perfectly
