I plugged in my charger.And I put it into my cell phone. But its not charging!Its put in right and everything. Help?
Check the pins on your charger port. If they are pushed in or damaged at all, you will need to replace your phone. If they are corroded (they will be slightly green and algae-ish looking) take an old toothbrush and a little rubbing alcohol, scrub them and then use compressed air to clean our the excess alcohol. If that doesn't do it, you have a bad charger or phone. Try plugging your charger into another outlet.
