Question:

Should you leave a fork in a potato?

I thought that I heard somewhere that if you leave a metal fork or knife inside of a potato, the heat from the metal in a fork will reach the core of the potato and cook it fasterCan anyone prove whether this is right or wrong, and with evidance?

Answer:

Well, first of all I have to tell you that muscles weigh a lot more than fatwhen getting muscles all we are doing is toning the fatit sounds weird but that is how it isIt would be harder to lose the weight and then try to get the muscles backThe best thing is lose only 5 lbs and then continue to run and do heavy weight training, if you want lean muscles do smaller weight but more repsif you want the huge muscles do more weight with less rep.
I recommend more cardio and dieting Do weight training too, but at first, more cardio burns more fat!! just speaking from experience!! I'd say work your way up to running 45 minutes to an hourI suggest drinking MYOPLEX , 1/2 prior to running and the other 1/2 right after!!! Taking fat burners is not recommended, but if you do decide to take them, do drink more water to flush out your system.
