Question:

can I legally paint the fire hydrant that is on my property?

well, its actually on the city propertyside walk to curb lawn.I maintain it obviously and red hydrant is now really faded..Can I paint it without telling city? and where do I find that kind of paint?

Answer:

It is perfectly normal. Our hamsters do it all the time. They move that stuff around to make a really cozy be in some other spot.
just addressing the first paragraphs Newtons's laws are not intended to be used for negative matter. possibly the form of F ma for negative matter is F |m|a, using the absolute value or magnitude of m. Or it could be F –ma. Don't know until we have some negative matter to play with. But the objects accelerating continuously with no input of energy violates several laws of thermodynamics. .
