I am wondering what the best type of lighting system to get would be on my grow box. I have seen grow boxes with metal halide lights, high pressure sodium light, LED lights, and fluorescent lights. What is the best light for hydroponics and yields?

for the budding stage ONLY HPS will work correctly, any light will work but the buds will be tiny. HPS only . led or MH for growing
