Go to a military base and ask for some old bdu's and boots if you want military clothes.
Well, if its coming from the same place it probably is. BUTthe pipes leading to the hydrant and the hydrant itself might contain lead or other toxins which would not be good for you. It shoudlnt affect the water coming into your building though.
It's just remastered, it sounds like they just had an engineer re-do the engineering, if that makes sense. Other than that, it's exactly the same.
