I know you're not suppose to have metal in thereI once saw a mini lightnening storm when I accidently left a fork on the plateAnother time I warmed up a Wendy's burger on it's aluminum foil wrapper and again, lightening.But today, I warmed up some Chinese rice in the carton that it always comes inThe little handle on it is metal but there was no lightening storm inside the microwave at allI nuked the carton for two more minutes and nothing.the rice was warmed up effectively, thoughIs this still unsafe? Why didn't the microwave reject(affect) the metal handle?
yes it can be agood extra income as the price of all the metal soars in world it can be a good idea at present time i really say chears to young and dynamic persons like who's mind is able to grasp the opperchunity and care for envorment same time keep it up
I do not think it is worth my time, but then again, if the city takes them, they get your cashYou (at least here in California we do) pay a recycling fee when you purchase cans, so if you do not take them in, who ever does gets your money.

It depends on how much effort you're willing to put into itMy grandpa and I used to collect aluminum cans, and actually we made hundreds of dollarsWherever we drove (country roads especially), he would stop and I would get out and put cans in the back of the truckWe would fill up trash bags and after we got a LOT of big trash bags, we would pull the tabs off and put them in a milk jugThen we would crush the cans and put them in a new bagThe new bag would go in the back of the truckIt took a lot of time and it's not something you can do quickly with just the cans YOU have, but I think it was worth itThe tabs came to good use tooI was in 7th grade and all of the sudden they decided to do a soda-tab contestWhichever class could collect the most tabs got a pizza party all kinds of stuffSo while everyone was fighting over tabs off the soda cans from lunch, I just sat back and watched:) At the end, I brought in three 5-gallon buckets full and we obviously wongreat memorieslol sorry to get off the subject there buddy!
