Shop manual says there is one adjuster on each light place the car on a flat surface 25 feet away from a wall have tires inflated and weight in the car as it is normally driven. The adjuster looks like a silver bottle cap (on the back of the light assembly in the middle) and is turned with a foot long or longer #2 philips screwdriver There is a notch screwdriver is inserted AT 90 degrees to the adjuster bolt nearly vertical.
