Question:

Why are my bowel movements so far apart all of a sudden?

I maintain a pretty healthy diet and have been for sometime nowI usually eat 5-6 mini meals a day to help boost up my metabolismAnd for the longest time I was have anywhere from 2 - 4 bowel movements per dayAnd now all of a sudden I'm usually go around 4 times a per weekI just don't understand what happenedIs it really a big deal? I drink about 2 cups of coffee a day and I only drink water with my mealsWhat's the deal with all this??

Answer:

There's a good periodic table on the site I put in the source sectionThe mass number is listed, as well as the atomic number, which is the same as the number of electrons or the number of protonsMass numbers (I assume you mean atomic mass): Magnesium - Mg 24.3050 Aluminum - Al 26.9815386 Uranium - U 238.02891 Sodium - Na 22.98976928 Krypton - Kr 83.798 Calcium - Ca 40.078 Silver - Ag 107.8682 of Electrons Atomic number: Magnesium - Mg 12 Zinc - Zn 30 Aluminum - Al 13 Sodium - Na 11 Calcium - CA 20 Silver - Ag 47 Atomic number: Iron - Fe 26 How many elements? Iron and calcium ARE elementsThese elements contain protons, neutrons and electronsThe protons and electrons are the same as the atomic numberThe number of neutrons are the difference between the atomic mass and the number of protonsIron: Atomic number 26, Atomic mass 55.845 Number of protons number of electrons 26 Number of neutrons 55.845 - 26 29.845 or 30 neutronsCalcium Atomic number 20, Atomic mass 40.078 Number of protons number of electrons 20 Number of neutrons 40.078 - 20 20.078 or 20 neutronsThe reason that the number of neutrons is not an exact number, but needs to be rounded is because most elements occur naturally as several different isotopesThis means that they occur sometimes with one number of neutrons (30 in the case of iron) and also to a lesser extent with a different number of neutrons (sometimes 29 for iron)When you average them together based on the natural occurrence, the average comes out to the atomic weight, which usually has several decimals.
the number of electrons will be equal to the number of protons, so since sodium has an atomic number of 11, then it has 11 protonsMass number, just look it up on google Seriously, do some research before coming on here, this is all stuff you could have found in like 2 minutes of searching.
Mass numbers Mg 24.31, Al + 26.98, U 238.03, Na 22.99, Kr 83.80, Ca 40.08, Ag 107.86 atomic number iron 26 there are no elements within elements but calcium has 20 neutrons and iron has about 29 (estimate)
Examples of DC: Your car headlights, taillights and stereoAlso, a cell phone charger that you use at home makes 120 Volts AC into DC for your phoneMost electronics like computers do the same, they make AC into DC internallyAnything portable and battery poweredCD players work by shining a laser on the diskThe 1s and 0s that are burned onto the disk cause the light to reflect differently off of a 1 than a 0The player reads this info into a buffer (Memory), then performs the algorithm that converts the digital info in the buffer into music soundsFaraday proved that electricity and magnetism are interrelated, The Electromagnetic EffectIf you pass current through a conductor, a magnetic field appears around this wireIf you want to do heavier work, form the wire into a bunch of windings wrapped around an iron coreThen a high enough current flow in this electromagnet can make a magnet strong enough to lift junk cars, etcA compass is so sensitive that it doesn't take much currrent in a wire or coil to overpower earth's feeble magnetic field and deflect the needle.
Just some change that you can discuss with your drat your next physicalTry more whole grain, mineral oil, soluble fiber, or fiber capsules, or make your own with ground flax mealSomehow, the body perceived a change, but you will want to get back to being more regular so as not to get diverticular disease like me.
