Only one is working and the other is attempting to move but does not move the full range of motion. Nothing is obstructing its path from what i can tell so is it safe to say I need a new motor on that side?
there is only 1 motor that runs both sides. maybe the arm got bent somehow or maybe all it needs is adjusted.
loose on shaft not hard to replace it or remove it to see why type into search box how to remove wiper arm only a few ways some have a clip some have a nut they all push on a shaft some times they get strip sometimes they come loose any parts store or any shop wil look at it wouldnt be much to check it
There is only one motor that does both wipers.Either the rack is broken,or the fitting at the base of the wiper arm needs replacing.
