We thought it was the motor so we bought one and hooked it up and it didn‘t turn on at all. I‘m not sure if it‘s the switch but I don‘t think it is because if you push it in for wiper fluid you still hear the sound it makes when it sprays out. We checked all the fuses those are good. So what do you guys think?
To begin, the circuit for the washer is not connected in any way with the wipers themselves except that the switch is on the same stalk. If the wiper motor is not running and the new one doesn't either you have a wiring, switch, or relay issue. You'll have to start tracing the circuit starting at the switch then the relay until you find where it is. On a '93 model any of those components could be at fault.
