15R MOS (apache repairer) question?

I'm going to AIT in October as a re-class and I want to get a head start. Are their any study guides or things I should be doing to help myself get prepared?

Answer:

Yes he is up to something shady. Don't trust him. What you need to do is learn the facts of life: 1. There is no Santa 2. There might be a Bigfoot 3. All men cheat, almost all women cheat 4. Marriage ruins relationships (moving in is the same) 5. Everyone lies (you even lie to yourself) 6. Life is not fair Good luck and Happy Holidays. Email me if you want to hear the truth. You can ask me anything. I don't lie unlike the other answers you will get.
Not the belt. I would guess the rollers or in my case I had a bad nylon bushing. It cost me a couple bucks from an appliance parts store and it was up and running again.
If you're wearing wraps and not having any problems, it's probably OK to continue. Wraps, for me, are the most important piece of safety equipment when working the bag or pads. They offer support to your wrist and fist. I would suggest occasionally using gloves (large gloves, 14-18oz) in order to add resistance in the form of weight to your hands. This will help improve the endurance of your shoulders and arms. It can also simulate the effects of fatigue; it's beneficial to know what that feels like.
I'm going to say yes, because I don't see any indication in your details that you have martial arts experience. That means you don't know how to throw a punch, which means you could be hurting your wrists. You know proper technique or you think you know it? How many years of training do you have?
