Hi, I live in Ohio and over the past 3 months have gotten two speeding tickets. One in June and now one in september. My first ticket I had to pay a fine and do community service hours, but due to a program my court system has it was never put on my record or reported to the BMV/insurance company. My question is now that I have my second ticket will I receive a license suspension? Ive heard that in Ohio the BMV is required to hand out a license suspension for minors with 2 moving violations, but seeing as my first one was never reported to the BMV does that apply?thanks
Well honestly you need to slow down, but anyways, due to the fact that I just got off the phone with BMV of Ohio, the lady said that yes it is true that if you are under the age of 18 and receive 2 moving violations, that you will receive a suspension. Then I asked her what if the first one was never put on record, she then told me then it is not going to effect you. That is all you had to do was call them.good luck and slow down!! LOL
