Hi I have a 1991 Dodge Dakota and the transmission fuel is a little dirty, But most people say doing a transmission change ( taking off some plug) will most likely cause big problems.Why is that?Thanks
it will cause more trouble if you don,t change the fluid and filter ! the only transmissions that has a plug is a manual transmission ! automatic transmissions don,t have a drain plug ! on a manual transmission just take the bottom plug out and let it drain, put the plug back in, take the top plug out and fill it back up !
