When I turn on my wipers I get nothing, but if I tap the windshield washer it will swipe once and then go back to the ‘parked‘ position. If I turn on the wiper swith to high, and then tap the washer switch, it will swipe once really fast. On a side note; Before this happened, I would turn on the wipers real quick in the morning, and turn them right off to clear the dew. The wipers would remain on for a few more swipes, if not, they would act like they were on intermitten. It‘s getting stormy in the afternoons here in Florida, and I really need them now. Any help would be greatful.
well u know the motor is working so replace the switch a shop or dealer should help u an i agree we need our whipers in florida this time of year an ac
Most common thing is a bad ground on the motor. Check with a test light connected to a good ground and turn the wipers on low. If the light comes on you have a bad ground. Drill a small hole and screw on a ground wire. only other thing might be the intermitten relay near the steering column
