OK so, my husband's truck has an alarm system that has been on the fritz for a while. No biggie, he disabled it. BUT, he is deployed and the battery went dead on itand the alarm system is totally trippin' now!! It's back on, the light is ALWAYS blinking (thus, running the battery dead, again), and anytime the truck door is open, the darn thing goes off. And when I am driving it, it goes off all by itself, for no reason whatsoever. GRRRRR HOW do I disable it? What fuse goes to it? I can't find the manual, either.of course. Thanks!
When it comes to anxiety, it's very important that you become an advocate for your own health care. Read all you can about it - and use suggested tools to find out what works and what doesn't work for you (e.g., breathing techniques, exercise, healthy eating, therapy, meds if necessary). Do not have anything with caffeine and avoid sweets. Make sure you're getting plenty of sleep (regular routine). Exercise at least 15 mins per day - outside! Again, educate yourself and in time you WILL be able to get control of your anxiety.
U can set the alarm on ur cell. Or if not this is what I did when my phone broke and had no alarm. I set my tv to go on at a certain time and I would turn the volume up all the way and put it on a channel that didn't come in so when it turned on all I would hear is that noise from the tv. That was my alarm clock!!
