Pick-up a Chilton repair manual covering your truck start reading. Another good brand is a Motor's Manual - Most car parts stores sell them. Now, it's also possible your public library has copies in the reference section. They won't let you check them out, but you can copy any pages you want to keep.
if its air ride you wont be able to fix it only the dealer has the correct tool to inflate the bags
It definitely needs replacment rear air springs within the again. When the usually are not changed when they are leaking it overworks the air suspension compressor and burns it out. You may also or won't hear it run but it'll now not put out adequate air stress to pump up the rear springs. It may be an extraordinarily expensive repair. It is best identified by using a Lincoln vendor as most different shops dont have an understanding of how the process works and misdiagnos what is needed to thoroughly repair it.
