2006 Pontiac Grand Prix Lock Nuts for Wheels?

My car came with a set of lock nuts when i bought itbut it did not come with the piece to take them off is there anybody who knows where i can get a replace the piece.im not fully sure if they came with the car from the dealer..i got my car from a used car lot..i would assume that it came with the nutsbut not to sure..the nut are like regular lock nutsthey dont have a star designe or anything.the way they are designed looks as if it was a regular round nut bumps were added around the edges there five or six bumpsif it helps i have 18 Savanah Vault Rims
