yes i agree snow chain are a temp mesure usualy to get you out of a jam get some big nobly off road / snow tyers there what give the most traction without having to mess about with chains the last thing you want to be doing is fixin/ taking snow chains on off when your in the snow have chains for emergancy but invest in tyres snow chains also have a tendancy to brake if you strain them to much also if its cold were your going diesel is a bad choice off fuel as it freezes and is hard to start i dont know if your ford ranger is diesel or petrol but bare it in mind if you park up for the night try keep your jeep warm also keep a spare can of fuel that way you can heat the diesel then put it in the tank to unfreeze your fuel system
Is this question really being asked? For an office setting I am going to suggest you get the ones that are usually in a red tubed-can and has the spray hose, because most likely you are going to have special electronic equipment in there. You do not want the ones that have the water that automatically sprays out, because that will cause even more damage to your electronics and can possibly instigate more fires.
