As many as it takes to smooth out the road for him.
With a good low gear and feathering the clutch they can run over and mutilate as many Americans as they choose to.
It isn't the most horrible but still right up there. It probably wont take long for a child to get ran over but I bet the number of people getting rear ended because of this wont be happy either.
Count me in for the speed bumps pool. I'm guessing 12 speed bumps.
