Anxiety is a very tricky thing to handle, and I definitely know how this feels. For me, I take medication for my anxiety. This does NOT eliminate the problem fully, but it can help. With the concentration issue, that is not really anxiety but more ADHD/ADD. Anxiety makes you WANT to study more, with a fear of failing, because you know, anxiety worry. For my anxiety, I carry a hardback journal with me and journal my thoughts down when it is needed.
