Question:

68 dodge charger?

I want to know is the Charger and Road Runner the same car?

Answer:

Here is the real deal on these cars: Both the RR and the Charger are based on the same platform (although their wheelbases may be different). However, they were cars targeted at different markets. The RR was Plymouth's bare-bones hot rod. Meanwhile, the Charger was Dodge's specialty coupe that could be tailored for someone who wanted to cruise in style or hit the dragstrip. Hence, the Charger could be equipped as an economy car with the Slant Six or a full-zoot racer with the 426 Hemi. Here's a list of analogous cars for the two brands: Plymouth/Dodge Road Runner/Super Bee GTX/Coronet R/T The Charger was a specialty car that had no Plymouth equivalent.
No they are not. Charger is manufactured by Dodge and the Road runnner is manufactured by Plymouth. They are both B-body cars and are very simmilar but not the same!
yes only the brand badges were different
