Probably about $200-$300, unless those axles are a turd for some reason. Edit: Tie rods or tie rod ends? The above estimate assumed ends. If it's the whole tie rod, then there's really no way to ballpark it as that's something that goes into the rack and is vastly different on each car. And you'll also need an alignment which is about $90.
