Adjusting my LongBoard wheels?

i just got my longboard from nordboards and i dont think it was assembled right only one wheel moves freely, and when i tried to loosen the bolt on the other wheels they still did not move as fast as the one wheel. the wheels that i loosened the bolt on got so loose that they even moved back and forth on the truck.does that mean that the wheels were not put on the truck itself correctly? how do i fix this?i want the wheels to move the same and fast like the originali have a sector 9 Carbon Decaygullwing charger trucks 10Rush Abec 5 bearingsOrangatang IN-HEAT 75mm wheels

the way the wheel spins freely doesn't really mean anything. if you have bearing spacers(the little tube that goes between the bearings), twist the nut down really tight, then loosen it half a turn. if you don't have bearing spacers, get some. but for now you can just tighten the nut down to right where it's touching the wheel, but the wheel can't move side to side.
A few things come to mind. The bearings might not be seated correctly. Set the board on its side and take off the axle nut. press down firmly and evenly on the wheel. Flip the wheel over and repeat. Do this for all 4 wheels. So,e wheels require a bearing press to get the bearings seated properly. The nearest skate shop will have one. The bearings just might need to be broken in. Riding distributes the lubricants evenly. The bearing shields might be dented or pushed in. if they are rubber shields, just pop them out with a thin knife. Metal shields can't be fixed. The bearings could be bad. There should be a slight bit of play in the wheels. If the nuts are too tight, the wheels don;t spin. be sure to use the speed rings. Bearing spacers are unnecessary and can cause more problems than they are worth. Spacers are not made to very high tolerances. The tolerances in the wheels and bearings are much higher. Friction causes the spacers to wear and the buts get into the bearings and cause bearing failure.
