I would start with a bassinet because babies feel more secure in small places and you can be in right next to baby at night making monitoring easier on you.Bassinets should be used for only for four months. Then I would go to a three in one crib as it converts to a full size bed.

We, unfortunately wont probably ever use that 3rd option for our kids' beds bc their rooms are too small.
