ok well. ceramic is better cus its just a different metal they use and it better for u hair and damages it less. the other ones r crapy and MOST straghteners r ceramic now a days eventhe cheap ones the best straghtener is the Chi but i have never used the Chi but the other ones work fairly well unless u have RLY RLY curly hair like only if in the shower there r still SUPER curly that a cheap one wouldnt work for u. I use conair it works well for me 30 sec heat up 1inch iron only 15 bucks and ANY store (walmart target walgreens)
Tourmaline and Ceramic are just the materials that heating plates are made from. As far as usage, they're really no different from one another. The best brand is one that you're comfortable holding.
I don't know of a way to change the colors of an African Violet. All I can say is that when ordering plants it is nearly impossible to know that the colors you see online/in catalog are the colors you will get when growing the plants. I have Daylilies that are nowhere near the colors that I ordered. As a result I have learned to buy plants in person if I am concerned about the colors.
Flower color can be affected by temperature: too hot or too cold. Light as wellcould be your plants are still a bit too young to color the way you want them. With maturity and more carbohydrates they may change up. I don't understand sparkle.you mean like glitter? Plants don't make glitter, that may have been applied for the picture. In some plants changing the soil pH will change the flower color, most note-ably, hydrangeas. If you have some plants to play withtry acidifying the soil a wee bit on one and increasing the pH on another. Don't go too far, it will kill the plants. If your colors are way off, could be you were sent the wrong varieties or you trusted the catalog color too closely.
