Answer:

If you don't want to gain much muscle just stick with cardiovascular training (biking, swimming, running, HIIT/HIT, elliptical, jump rope, whatever you find most entertaining). Diet must stay on track, nutrition is key to weight loss and more important than anything else. The best way to tone what you have as far as weight training would be to do very low weight doing a high number of reps. This will not add much muscle but just define whatever muscle you currently have.
Most, but not all, commercial sprinkler systems are air over water systems. This means the pipes running along or through the ceiling are dry and pressurized with air. When enough heat is present (think flames) a light metal trigger is melted and the air rushes out of the sprinkler head allowing water to follow. It's a good system because water doesn't escape to areas that aren't burning. Your fog machine may set off the smoke alarms at these venues, though.
In a fire alarm system you have on one side detectors, such as smoke, heat, infra red, push-stations and so. Each one of them triggers a relay. Then, you have outputs, such as horns, door lock releases, fan interlocks, and so. Each one of those is triggered by a relay. These are just regular relays. When one of them is triggered, the associated HVAC fans for that area are interlocked with them. Supply air fans are stopped and smoke exhaust fans are started. - Additional information: The initiating devices are regular switches which energize the corresponding relay, which, in turn, will trigger an alarm, start/stop fans, and stop elevators, in certain conditions. Zones refer to the area of coverage of each device. IOW, each device has a certain reach, or zone. . .
