Question:

What would you do if you found your boyfriend talking on the phone with an ex?

Like in the video Lips Of An Angel. Me, I'd beat him over the head, and walk out the door so they'd could be together, cause she has a boyfriend so basically they deserve it other!

Answer:

There's several good alternatives for concrete floors. Epoxy finishes are very durable and attractive. This link goes into detail on options.
In Texas waters a 16 footer doesn't require a fire extinguisher unless it has certain features, one of which is a gas tank in a closed compartment, which I'm pretty sure the G3 does have. The other features I can't remember right offhand, something about compartments where flamable materials are stored, and underseat storage or something, but I'm pretty sure the built-in gas tank gets you there.
It is possible with something called a keyfob. It's basically the same thing used to open automatic door locks on a car. But I think you mean without having something like that. Actually disarm the system, no. Get in without activating the system, yes. Most window and door contacts are just simple magnents, so when the magnent loses contact, it puts the system into alarm. If you put a magnent to the contact it woudn't think the door or window was open. Maybe that's what you saw on 24? But the only way to be able to do that the contact has to have a give so that you could open the door just a crack. Some people have this for their windows so they can have them open a bit for air but not enough to activate their system. And with my experience, I've only ever seen one customer have that. There are other ways too. You can get by motion detectors with a heat shield. And yes, you can power down the system like one answer said but that wouldn't be disarming it from the outside would it. Also with powering the system down you'd have to have a good idea where their control panel is (not keypad, their main box), be able to get in without setting another zone off and know what to do to power it down completely. But another thing, if you powered it down, the alarm company gets an instant signal, which some companies act on right away but some don't because it's usually due to a power fail or hydro working in the area. You can also cut someones phone line as long as the customer does not have a back up system installed (radio, GSM, etc.) But you wouldn't be able to know that unless you knew the person right. So can you disarm while outside their house, no. But you can get in without tripping a zone.
