can monitored alarms be circumvented, ive been looking on the net for a new new system for my business and monitored alarms keep popping up. after a bit of digging around the net ive read a few articles saying that they are a waste of money and there just a fad that everyone is raring on about and can easily be beaten.. hence a waste of my money. is it just better to opt for a local alarm.if they can be circumvented then how can one stop them, or is there a new type of alarm i should look for?my friend has an adt monitored alarm and had there business got broken into as no one responded for nearly 4 hours after the first alarm wentthanks

I use a lint brush - the fabric one not the sticky sheets though they would work too. I also found a brush made out of some type of rubber I think that was in the same area as the lint brushes that works almost as good.
