I've been called both before and I just really don't know what I am. I wear tight fitting skinny jeans and chucks and my hair is always in a pony tail. I don't like makeup but I don't wear sports bras and often show off my cleavage. I do tend to wear big jackets. what am I?
For the most part I think they wear regular clothes. If they work above 400V then they have to have some special safety gloves and other protective clothing.
Data protection acts could be broken and a person has privacy laws and can rightfully refuse to have a photo taken. The companies best solution is to set up cctv
OSHA will not that is a lie you were told, it is up to the company to control their employees. I don't know who told you that I would talk to a supervisor and if they claim it is osha go to the next high up. Someone is lying I have delt with OSHA they are forgiving. If a employee told you this and not a supervisor they lied contact your supervisor and tell them. OSHA is not what they seem to be they don't tell employees to take pictures though. I was a supervisor and I have delt with osha before. OSHA investigates safety but they let stuff go they actually investigate to make sure no crimes are being committed like if their is a death they make sure no one was killed on purpose. Because many people don't belive that stuff happens but it does happen more than you think. OSHA. Most all jobs don't allow phones or cameras on the job site. Their is a chance they may work for the FBI so I would contact a supervisor. My guess is they were breaking the rules and lied to you to cover it up.
