It's almost 1 in the morning, I'm extremely tired, but I have this feeling of something watching me outside of my window and I don't even want to close my eyes. I did not feel like this 20 minutes ago. I was trying to sleep, and I just opened my eyes and looked over at my window and began to feel paranoid. I'm also getting startled from random lights I see out of the corner of my eye. I'm really afraid to turn off my lamp because the thought of darkness is terrifying. This is really strange because I love the dark. I feel like I'm in danger and I can't stop shaking. Like I said, I love the dark and this is not normal behavior from me. I feel really embarrassed because I'm 13 and suddenly afraid of sleeping. Any sudden humming or buzzing noise is freaking me out as well.I'm also completely obsessed with aliens so the random thought of aliens spying on me isn't helping me calm down at all. Seriously help me.
Ok, first of all, that's a horrible time to try to make a cross country trip. I mean, winters in both Michigan and Oregon are brutal, not to mention the several feet of mountain snow you'll face in Colorado. That just not a bright idea on her part.. but if she absolutely HAS to move, then yes, snow chains would probably be a good investment. you might not need them, but it would be the safest plan. also, put a flashlight in the car, and have food, water, a charged cell phone, and several blankets in the car. (you should always have those things in the car doing winter, especially during a cross-country trek from Michigan to Oregon) Good luck to your friend!
sometimes you have to go around or approach it at an angle
