Question:

Am I over reacting to this?

My nephew (14) keeps insisting on keeping his fan on the bed while sleeping. So many times I've seen his hair, fingers, and some sort of fabric dangerously close or into the fan. Sometimes the blankets even completely cover the fan. In addition he has Asthma, and my doctor told me with my asthma that I shouldn't have a fan directly on me and its right next to his face.I am in a great fear that sleeping with his fan on his bed will cause a fire and several times I've moved it someplace else and he keeps moving it back. Am I over reacting? Could he cause a fire by him sleeping with his fan on the bed? I don't give a care if it bothers his asthma, thats for his parents to deal with.

Answer:

When you take the course, do you remove contacts that you usually wear, sometimes that will make your eyes feel weird. Check and see if there is any chemical stuff splattered on the goggles that might cause irritation. Maybe there is something about the science room itself that it the problem. See if they will let you take the goggles home and try them there, this will eliminate chemical fumes or HVAC system issues as the cause. If they still do it at home, it might very well be an allergy to something inthe plastic; maybe try using a different brand of goggles, or see if they will let you use safety glasses with side shields instead.
You laugh but there were great protests from churches against the installation of lighning rods as they were believed to be diverting Gods will. It was only after they were unable to hire any bell ringers did the church relent. The children of the people that objected to lightning rods are around today and are now known as Creationists
