my mate recons hes done his car up to be faster than mine,,so were gona race,,,just wanted to get an idea on who would win and what could i do to my car to thrash his asss in futurei have a vu ss 5.7 ltr ute 6sp manual with exhaust and extractorshe has a vk commodore.hes done it up,,,hes on his p plates so he cant have a v8 but he recons hes gona smoke mehis VK has a v6 buick engine FULLY REBUILT AND CLEANED etc from a vn s pack,,,has a vs radiator and manifold,,v8 cold air intake performance plugs and leads,,pacemaker extractors,,,exhaust system,,,crow cam,,,shaved head and flywheel,new exedy clutch.t5 manual gearbox.vl turbo diff with a locker.larger throttle boddy fully tinkered with and tuned and is lighter than my car has full suspension and springs,,,nolathane bushings,,,v8 brakes etc etchow many kw would my mates vk be,,,,,,???what could i do to my car so ino i could thrash him everytime no matter what he does to his n/a fully worked v6 ??will he beat me???

Nope i dnt think he will beat you man, your ute Should still be lighter lighter than his VK and you have a bigger engine, if your car is completly stock then he'll leave u in smoke but if you want to get more easy power outta it then go to Autobahn or sprint Auto and buy a set of bigger injectors, but they are anything from $100 - $250 each, but it's worth it coz i done it to my VL, and same with cold air intake, thts cheap. even some performance stuff tht u put in ur tank when filling up all the lil things help out alot, and b4 you race him just have like a quarter of a tank to minimize the weight of ur ute
