Check the battery cables. You might have a loose connection.

Here's the deal: The dash lights and radio uses very little battery amperage to work. The starter motor in the other-hand, requires more amperage from the battery than every other electrical system on the car COMBINED. Have your battery load tested at any store that sells them except for Auto Zone to see what the reserve amperage capacity is. A battery voltage test is s joke! It may appear to be fully charged 12.6 volts yet have no reserve amperage capacity. Amperage spins starter motors not volts. If the battery is over three years old it more than likely has a shorted cell and can't be charged.
