Anti-Rocker Wheels?

I‘m looking at new wheels for my aggressive inline skates and I as I was looking I clicked on wheels on this website I found and it brought me to two sub-catagories, Wheels and Anti-Rocker Wheels, I was just curious what anti-rocker wheels are?

Anti-rocker wheels refers to the smaller, harder inner wheels. They are specifically made to enhance grinding capabilities. Harder meaning it slides better and smaller to prevent getting caught up on tricks. Wheels refer to the general wheels, on the front and back of the frame at least, usually around 88-90 mm.
