Question:

any ideas on how to get the passengerside innner axle out of a 95 ford truck 4x4 front end?

should just pull out i think drivers side did so it must be stuck or is something else holding it in

Answer:

are you taking about the axle shaft? if so then there is a little stopper on the spindle (you will see the slot that it goes in. get a magnet stick and take it out, then undo the nut and go from there. I've gone threw 2 axles and thats what was on my truck
The right inner axle on a 95 F150 4X4 is held into the differential with a clip on the end, the only way to remove it is the drop the differential housing out of the traction beam axle tube. This is quite a job, you will need to remove the left axle, the right outer axle, front drive shaft, 2 bolts on the left side of the differential housing by the radius arm and all the bolts that hold the housing into the axle tube. I have also found it easier to remove the left axle tube pivot bolt and drop the axle tube down for clearance. When you re-install the differential housing use 2 bolt with the heads cut off for alignment dowels and it goes back together no problem. If you are trying to replace the u-joint and the inner axle seal is ok I have found that removing the clips, welding 1/2 inch nut onto the u-joint caps with a MIG welder and pulling them with a slide hammer works well. After that I just install the new joint with an air hammer.
