You need to see a doctor, Swallowing metal could kill you.
Nothing really, you'll be fine. Both my brother and I swallowed a tiny metal ball (about a 1/4 radius) by accident. I was three, and he swallowed his two days after at the age of five. Not only were these metal, but they were magnetic. The doctor told us we would be fine so long as we didn't swallow any other metal else for a while, or the magnetic force inside could kill us. Since the metal you may of swallowed was smaller and non-magnetic, you should just ignore it.
