Answer:

As long as you gave her the right amount of tylenol or motrin, the fever should calm downIf there are other symptoms then certainly call the doctor before taking her to the hospital.
if she was acting fine then its not a big deal but if she was acting sick lethargic, sleping alot, etcThen give her some ibuprofen to lower the temp but a temp over 105 should be an emmergencySo just keep her cool for now nd continue to monitor her through the nightEvery hour is fine for checking her.
As long as you gave her children's motrin(ibproufin) that should bring it downI'd wait and check her temp again in an hour or twoIf it still hasn't went down by than you may want to consider the ERCool her with a wet washcloth or a lukewarm bath, along with the motrin her temp should be down rather quickIf it does come down, you should make sure continue to watch it every 4-6 hours overnite.
I just converted the temp to celcius and it is 38.8 which as far as I know is not overly hotI would certainly keep an eye on it as we were told by our doctor that much above 39 or so is quite dangerous as it can cause seizures and brain damageHopefully the medicine will bring the temp downIf it doesn't I would probably take her to hospital as there is obviously a problem that the medicine can't handleGood luck.
