I would hire a professional, to strip and wax it, but if you really have no money, you can strip it yourself . Get some stipper from homedepot- in the cleaning section- ( they sell Zep brand) that should work. get a bucket of super hot water. start with 5 or 6:1 water to stripper. mop it on. let it sit, then pick it up with a clean mop and water
