i left something in the microwave too long , it caught on fire and outside my apartment there was one of those fire extinguishers, i sprayed it, not alot, just a spritz. uld inhaling an inch of it put me at risk now. ?could it be safe ? why would the mantinence team put it in the appartment if it wasnt safe.

Your mum trusted you guys to behave while she left on job work for three lousy days. You get into a fight. Most likely because his mates were there, and someone thought it would be cute to throw the football at you. Never thinking the football could damage the computer. Someone could have ended up in the ER. Or you show your mum a copy of the video when she gets back.
if this is something that scares you then it's abuse. if it's not..well you're brothers. although you might wanna delete that video off his friend's phone. you getting beat up and crying is not something you want leaking out onto youtube
well i think he was just showing of to his friends and next time ignore him there is a better chance that you will avoid an attack if you dont fight back
