Answer:

Lightening seeks to ground itself on metal, water, and anything containing electricity, including people, houses, and airplanes. It often strikes water masses such as lakes , and in one US West coast ocean-side neighborhood where I lived it struck: 3 houses-one of them twice one Winter, repeatedly the same transformer every single Winter, and always the ocean. Turning off the main circuit breaker staying off the phone during an electrical storm are smart moves. Cars do ground and keep occupants generally safe because of the rubber tires. In England other countries, thunderbolts are common. That is where lightening comes down the chimney and rolls across the floor, dispersing when it hits a wall or other solid object. It can leave burns, fire, or no marks at all. My neighbor in the US had it strike their house, and come through the sink fixtures (which glowed) in the kitchen roll across the floor. She had just finished doing dishes. No damage to anyone or anything. This is common with it coming through phone lines too. Lightning can strike on a clear day from up to 5 miles away. It is nothing to be trifled with, always respected and avoided.
Just Otherwise, and brick or heavy rocks will do. It would be a good idea to elevate the logs slightly for circulation.
I hear that they break easily. And that they don't sound as good as their price. I own a pair of Ink'd, and I like em. But you seem to want a pair of studio headphones. I had a pair of $20 Sony, and they made my bass and guitar sound good. Now I have a pair of Behringer DJ headphones, and they have a buzz in the lower frequencies, so I am not too pleased with them. If you're not a pro, then I wouldn't recommend anything too expensive. Unless you have the (what are they like $200 or $300 for the Dre's) cash to buy the more expensive brand. I think that the DJ style Skullcandy's are a little overpriced, and overhyped. Just look around and read reviews, some stores even let you try out some. So don't get a pair of headphones that are popular on the YouTube. There are plenty of plenty of them that are better that don't cost as much.
Usually That is a different question.
lightning is attraacted by any device that uses eletric charges for earth and objects that are big like a tree that are all alone in the plaines or meadows.
