What makes something a metal by definition?
Metal hurts more. my ortho didn't give me a choice, but i have never used metal.
I have never heard of metal spacers. I have heard of metal expanders but they do something else. I had rubber spacers but they didn't hurt very much. Why do you want colour braces? You have to wear them longer than other braces. It's not really worth it. I'm sorry I don't know the price but I know they're expensive. Hope this helps :D
