Question:

are crane fly poisonous?

its huge and it is in my kitchen what to do with it it is freakin me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Answer:

Completely harmless. But there is a wasp that looks remotely similar that can sting. The funny thing about crane flies is that last I heard, no one knows what they feed on in the larval stage. The adults don't feed.
No daddy long legs are real because when I got home from last night and I also saw 5 crane flies on my door so daddy long are at are real after all and also crane flies aren't poisonous.
I am not sure what you mean here. Crane flies are not venomous, they do not possess venom nor are in fact able to break human skin by biting. If you mean are they poisonous if ingested, that all depends upon which substances are present on or in its body...
