In the sense that we burn food to produce work, yes. In the way our skeletal structure holds us in the desired configuration, yes. In the way muscles and tendons work our bodies and limbs, yes. In the way we need to be programmed to perform most functions other than just basic survival skills, yes. The difference is in the brain that controls all our functions, our senses and our nervous systems. Nothing in machinery yet comes even close.
