Are landlords or tenants responsible for batteries in smoke detectors?
Most of the damage in that area when I came thru on Sunday Sept.14th, was minor roof damage, lims down from trees, most all of the fences fell down, not hardly any flooding in that area, but water did get into some house, due to the wind blowing the rain under the door and in the windows. I suggest waiting till Sept 27th to come to houston, due to the power being off and gas lines and food problems and lodging is still an issue in most areas till then.
