Question:

are landlords required to provide a fire extinguisher in tn?

we have lived in our apartment complex since november. We did the walk through when we moved in and I noticed that there is only one smoke detector, on the 2nd floor although it looks as though there was one in the kitchen, and that there is no fire extinguisher in the apartment. I contacted the office and let them know, but they have still made no attempt to provide us with one or replace the missing smoke detector.

Answer:

Well your wife is right if it makes you feel better get one. Although you may not need one and it could stick out to some people and not to others. I know if i saw that it would probably stick out, but if it makes you feel better and is protective for your family then get it for sure! Good luck!
i am going to by sims 3 soon i already have sims 2 on sims3 or 4 they should be able to make a family but with kids and stuff bcuz its not really a family wen there all older hehe i fink wen you woohoo twice they should have a baby or twins or even triplets! :D and uj cn watch them grow up if u give them growing food and stuff :)
The thing with cameras is if you do buy one, don't buy any from a store like home depot or any place like that. You would be better off looking on the web since there are many cameras to choose from at a lower cost. The biggest cost to you would be the DVR. They can run about 400.00 and up with a 500gb hard drive. But the thing is, if you buy a proper camera system and program it right, you would know who comes to your house when your not there, or things like having the security system determined what camera to go to during an alarm. There are many different opinions you can do. But it comes down to the way you want it to work for you and the benefit you would get out of a camera system. As for your false alarm, if your dog is under 50lbs. you can purchase infra red detectors that aren't so sensitive for that weight. If your dog is over 50lbs. change your infra red detectors to glass break detectors or mask out your motions so they only cover anything 3ft or higher off the floor.
