Are loose brackets normal? I had a loose bracket and got it fixed today. They said not to fiddle with it or anything, but when I eat, my tooth bites down on the bracket, causing it to shift downwards.What am I to do? If I try to not hit the bracket when eating, i won't be able to chew properly.
I know you were just at the office today, but I would call them and tell them that when you chew, you are hitting the bracket and you don't want it to come loose again. They may have you go in so they can adjust it, or they may tell you that you need to get used to it. Either way, if it does come loose again, you will have mentioned it to them.
