What I mean by phone jobs is a position where the employee is supposed to make or receive over 100 calls a day. I'm black and African born. I was fired 2 weeks ago for speaking like myself on the phone.
She has the right to be rude, it is HER home. Since you can't tolerate her why are you living in HER home? She has the right to bother anyone in HER home. Get the picture? If you don't like living with the woman I suggest you move out of HER homeand start remembering that this is the woman who gave birth to and raised the man you call your fiance'. Maybe you should rethink your relationship with him since he was raised by her he is going to have a few of her tendencies and if SHE bothers you then eventually he will as well. Besides that, you are far too immature to get married anyway. You sound more like you're about to enter middle school rather than college. I suggest you date a few more people before you decide to marry because it is quite obvious that a marriage for you any time soon is doomed to fail because of your immaturity.

Just use it for awhile and the smell should go away. It's like a new car smell, you just have to wait it out. You could try washing it again, or using febreeze or another air freshener. Try rubbing a dryer sheet on it (I know it gets rid of the smell of cigarette smoke and pot, lol :]).
