Blue LED Motorcycle Tire Value Caps: Are they legal in Pennsylvania?

I‘m interested in putting these on my motorcycle to give it a little extra flair. Would this get me pulled over and ticketed in Pennsylvania? Would other colors be legal?Links to Pennsylvania Automotive codes online would be spectacular.

Answer:

Sounds like the entire electrical wiring harness is shot. The entire electrical wiring harness will have to be replaced. Sorry their is no way around it.
first.check your bulb, sthen insure that your lamp,s are grounded correctlythen using a 12volt test probe.test your light socket,s for power.light,s must be on for testingbe carefull not to short circuit while testing or you,ll blow the fuseif you find no power at your lamp, sbut indicator,s seem to workthen you have a failure in your harness.if you find powercheck the condition of the socket,s.remember to ground your test probe tail leadbe sure your socket,s are grounded or the ground wire is good.
pull the bulbs out of the backup lights, they are probably burned out from years of ignorance. Have you replaced any bulbs in the rear lately? you probably put the wrong ones in. No need to replace the wiring harness-God I hate it when shadetree mechanics try to give electrical advice!!
Blue lights are most likely not legal.
